The staff is not only very helpful but very kind and welcoming. I have had no issues. My son and I feel safe enough to come and go as we please, there are a lot of places to walk to from the hotel. Love staying here, very accommodating.

First of all I'd like to start by saying this hotel deserves far better ratings than I initially noticed before booking my stay. I checked in knowing I paid the best price for any hotel in this area. The hotel staff is exceptional and feels more like family than staff. Housekeeping makes sure every morning my room needs are met and I have everything I need for my nights stay. Maintenance is very efficient and quick to fix any problems I've had. I recommend staying at this hotel if you're looking, I've stayed here multiple times and only have had positive experiences. It's a huge plus that this hotel provides security for its hotel guests every night, ensuring a safe stay. Thank you Hometown Studios Austin for making my stay such a positive experience!

Melissa at the front desk was super accommodating and friendly. If there was any shortcomings about the hotel or rooms, they were compensated with the hospitality!

Cleanliness was really good. Nice size rooms, very nice price, great conveniences. It's not a four-star hotel, but it is a good hotel.

The rooms are very small. Not clean enough for me but acceptable. Had to wait till 3 pm to check in, NO early check ins (period). If u want a bargain....basically this is the cheapest u can get, with my discount came the rate came out to $37 & change per night for a week. Not bad if u r on a tight budget! Just bring ur cleaning supplies, wink wink!

Absolutely truly enjoyed our stay here. The team was so accommodating and even though it was a quick weekend excursion with the fam from out of town it was great. Def recommend for anyone coming to the area!

I've stayed in several extended stay hotels. For the price and location This is by far the Best hotel I have stayed at Austin. Melisa, Yuli, Wendy and everyone else here have been phenomenal to me. As far as a budget hotel I highly recommend the Hometowne Suites by Red Roof.

Prior to my stay here I had only heard about this property and of course the comments weren't the best but I'm different from most people so I prefer to experience certain things for myself. Granted the property needs some cosmetic work both inside and outside but with most extended stay properties it's not as easy to do with long term guests/tenants but the staff makes up for it so much with their smiling faces, words of encouragement and the amount of laughs can be heard from miles away. With limited staff these folks by far have the best attitudes and amazingly good customer service. Only been here 3 weeks now and they've made me feel like family. I've been working in hospitality over a decade and these folks can teach some of the 5 star hotels how to engage, show empathy and keep their guests satisfied.
